He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Scott; his children, Richard "Ricky" Koch IV (Marcie) and Michal Forkey (Chancey); his brothers, Raymond and Robert Koch; and his grandchildren, Maya, Jack Weaver, Reagan and Evelyn Koch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
