She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Carl Goebel and Viola Amy Slocum Goebel. She is survived by: her daughter Rose Marie Proctor; her granddaughter Stacey M. Plain; her great grandchildren, Alexis Rose Plain, Brooke Marie Plain, Adriana Ann, Michael Francis Babb II and Kaiden Quinn Plain; her daughter-in-law Birgett O'Meara; her grandson Tim O'Meara; her husband Charles A. O'Meara; and also Ryan Ng. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews & great nieces & nephews.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at the Clove Cemetery (1876 Clove Rd, Lagrangeville, NY 12540).
