He was predeceased by: his grandfather Myron Bradley Lewis; his uncles, Bradley Lewis Jr. and Timothy Lewis; his aunt Joan Hanrahan; and his great-grandparents, Mabel Waters and Dorothea Dorfner.
He is survived by: his parents, Sean Lewis (Donna Lewis) and Donna Lewis; his sister Jenn; his brother-in-law Steven Fregonese; his niece Margot Fregonese of Tucson, Arizona; his sister Courtney Lewis of Savannah, Georgia; his grandmother Margaret Lewis of Jefferson Valley; his uncle John Dorfner of Rhinebeck; and his cousins, Amanda Lewis, Karissa Potenza, Oliver Dorfner and Lauren Dorfner. He is also survived by numerous relatives and good friends.
