He is survived by: his parents, Howard Halbert and Ella May Halbert (Wheeler); his children, David (Priscilla) of LaGrange, Daniel (Lori) of Highland, Debra Mason (Hugh) of Georgetown, TX, Deannine Henderson (Keith) of LaGrange and Cora Buckley (Matt) of Highland; his sisters, Jeannine Higgins (Tom) of Oregon and Joann Gall of Ohio; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Reitano of Florida and Elvira Reitano of Florida. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; his 4 great-grandchildren.
