He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Royal J. Ludlow and Lucy M. LaRose Ludlow; and his siblings, Ann Ratley of Yucaipa, CA, Barbara Nadon of Clayton, NY and William Ludlow of LaFargeville, NY. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
