It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard F. Fabend of Lafargeville, New York, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Fabend and Ione Schier Fabend; and his granddaughter Desirae Fabend. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Burton Fabend; his children, Mark Fabend and Diana Tafoya; his grandchildren, Nathan Hitchcock (Crystal), Tyler Fabend and Kaitlyn Fabend; and his siblings, Carol Watrel and Carl Fabend (Firth). He is also survived by 8 great- grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
