He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Steele and Beatrice E. Fitchette Steele. He is survived by: his former wife Bobbi Hepfer; his children, Ian J. Steele, Courtney J. Steele (Josh Vrooman), Chelsea M. Steele (John Fuller) and Aaron J. Steele (Eric Nguyen); his grandchildren, Hailey Whitmore, Liam, Austin Vrooman, John Fuller II and Jacob Fuller; his brother Cary Steele (Sheila); his niece Pamela Kerr; his great-nephews, Matthew R. and Jonathan M.; and also Jackson.

Masks and social distancing are required for attendance to all services.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to a charity of your choice pertaining to outdoor activities.
