She was predeceased by: her father Morton Bender; her husband Kenneth M. Otis, Jr.; and her daughter Deborah Davis. She is survived by: her children, Randy (Florance) and LouAnn (Andy Berkman); and her brothers, Robert Bender (Sunlakes) and Philip Bender of Baldwinsville, NY. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
