He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia; his parents, Albert Perkins and Genevieve Perkins; and his brothers, Floyd Johnston and Peter Mattice Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, William Perkins Jr. (Michelle) of Nokesville, Virginia, Jamie Perkins (Nicole) of Lacona, NY, Melissa Tolhurst (Richard) of Sandy Creek, NY and Tim Perkins (Carrie) of Pulaski, NY; and his siblings, Albert Johnston (Sharon) of Mannsville, NY, David Perkins of Aurora and Christina Fischer (Robert) of Elkridge. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
