He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Kurtz of Poland and Magdelina Kurtz (Stonina) of Poland; and his siblings, Florence, Freeda, Ellen, Harry, Fred and Ed.
He is survived by: his child Polka; his friend Lenny Gomulka; and his close friends, Eugene Boardway, Norman, Gail LeClair and Doreen Lupa.
