She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Chorazak; and her daughter Patricia Rivera. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lou Cybulski (Daniel) and Diane Almozara (Ben); and her grandchildren, Michele Zak (Michael), Daniel Cybulski (Anne), Stephanie Almozara (Chris Pillette), Laura Almozara, Samantha Almozara (Phil Salvatore), Angela Almozara (Cesar Hernandez), Jackie Packard (Mark) and Enrique "Rick" Rivera (Ellyn). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren; predeceased by brothers and sisters; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
