He is survived by: his sons, Adam and Eric Van Houten; the mother of his children Michelle Young; and his brothers, Sam Van Houten (Lynzi), Robert Van Houten (Cheryl Van Houten) and David Van Houten (Antoinette). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
