He was predeceased by: his son Jacob R. Mielcarek; and his parents, Leon Mielcarek and Adeline Mielcarek. He is survived by: his wife Linda M. Mielcarek; his child Jesse James T. Mielcarek; his grandchild Starla Kropczynski; and his siblings, Theresa Krull, Anna Damiani (late Alesi), Roxanne (Steve), Luczkowiak, Deborah (Jason), Monkelbaan, Rosemary Matalone (Joe) and Jeannette Cordero (Rick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

If desired, donations may be made in Bob's name to Hospice Foundation.
