He was predeceased by: his son Richard M. Lata, Jr. (Margo); and his brother Walter Lata (Frances). He is survived by: his wife Mary A. Lata; his children, Nicole Polino, Brandon Lata (Kathryn), Sean Lata and Anne Marie Heidrich (Davis); and his sister Bernadine Stevens (late Fred). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, other loving family members and dear friends.
