It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Gappen of Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on September 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Gappen and Anne Gappen; and her sister Sharon Caserta (Joseph). She is survived by: her sister Lucille Gappen; her friend Jenny Mcneil; her nieces and nephews, Josann Caserta and Joseph N. Caserta; her great-nieces, Nicole and Megan; and her great-nephew Michael.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patricia's name to Hospice Foundation.
