Palmira Sarandrea Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Palmira Sarandrea of Lackawanna, New York, who passed away on August 6, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Ennio Sarandrea; her parents, Biagio DeSantis and Maria DeSantis; and her siblings, Lelio DeSantis and Gino DeSantis.
She is survived by: her children, Loreto Sarandrea (Kim), Antonella Marrale (Frank) and Susan Leo (Joseph); her grandchildren, Robert Marrale, Christina Piotrowski (Marc), Luca Sarandrea, Gabrielle Leo, Lauren Leo and Kayla Leo; and her great grandchildren, Logan Marrale, Dominic Marrale and Palmer Piotrowski. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Palmira's name to Hospice Foundation.
