She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Fox and Mary Fox (Evans); her former husband Donald Lowe; her husband Stanley Milewski; and her siblings, Raymond, Paul, Jack, William "Arch", Rosemary Moffitt and Jane Webb.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Lowe (Marsha Blattenberger), Thomas Lowe, Mary Ellen Lowe and Amy Lowe (Nathan Workman). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Wounded Warriors Organization in Nancy's memory.
