He was predeceased by: his wife Carol J. Daley; his sons, Michael F. Daley and Sean Daley; his parents, Francis Daley and Mary Daley; and his brother Dennis Daley (Chris).

He is survived by: his children, Mark Daley, Belinda Arcuri, Tammy Ortagus (Glen) and Robert Daley (Courtney); and his brother William Daley (Norma). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
