It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph H. Kissel (Lackawanna, New York), who passed away on September 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Charlotte; his grandson Joseph Carlino; his parents, Nicholas and Mary; and his sister Genevieve Hannon (late John).
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Maute (Michael) and Nancy Carlino (Richard); his grandchildren, David Maute (Alyssa), Brittany, Isabella and Sophia; and his brothers, Walter (Barb), Raymond (late Fran) and Tommy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
