He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen A. Delaney; his sister Margaret Cornell (late William); and his parents, James G. Delaney and Louise B. Delaney. He is survived by: his children, John, Jeffrey (Cynthia) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Jeffrey Jr. (Suzanna), Patrick (Rachel), Deanna Moss (Ryan) and Matthew; and his siblings, Mary (late Francis Barrett), Thomas, James (Carol) and Doris Foley. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
