He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolores Vega and Juan Vega; and his siblings, Alberto, Rafael (late Maria), Carlos (Mildred) and Elsa.
He is survived by: his children, Deborah Panaro, Diana Fildes (Jeff) and Joseph Vega; and his siblings, Socorro Rios (late Serafin), Concepcion and Epifania Martinez (late Venero). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center or Meals on Wheels of WNY.
