He is survived by: his children, Sandra Olson (Adam), Justin Foltyniak (Alexis), Joshua Foltyniak (Ashley), Jeremiah Foltyniak and Lauren Foltyniak; his grandchild Jaycie; and his brother Kenneth (late Rita).
