He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Knox and Ruth Suor Knox; and his siblings, Robert, Charles Knox (Phylis) and Janice Zawistowski (Joseph).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his sister Nancy Crosson; his brother-in-law George Crosson; his wife Mary Louise Donohue Knox; his children, Mary Eileen Barret, Philip Johnson, Gregory Knox, Nancy Knox, Molly Rosano, Philip Rosano, Katherine Pick and Brendan Pick; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Knox, Jennifer Knox, John, Julia and Mariana Rosano.
