He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Fuller and Alice Fuller; and his brother Richard Fuller. He is survived by: his siblings, James Fuller (Joan), Sandra Bushnell (late William), Kathleen Golen (Daniel), Michael Fuller (Jennifer Lotery) and Steven Fuller (Tracey). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
