We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2025, at the age of 86, Barbara A. Kaminski of Lackawanna, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley "Doc" Kaminski; her parents, John Bartus and Emily Bartus; and her siblings, Joan Dillon (late Richard) and Robert Bartus (late Kathleen).

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Walsh (Phil), Debra Hurley (Jim) and Donna Rydza (Rick); and her grandchildren, Jillian, Erin, Allison, Emily, Kim, Emma, Brittany and Matthew. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Kaminski's name to the Hospice Foundation of WNY.

“My favorite aunt and last Kaminski grandparents, uncles and aunts. Bunny as she was called was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, friend and a true disciple of Jesus. She cared for others and her marriage to Doc was made in heaven. She had strong roots in her Polish heritage and it was a joy to see she and Doc dance the polka. She fulfilled her vows to love Doc in sickness and health, rich or poor and lovingly cared for him when he was ill. May she rest in peace. Joe”
