He was predeceased by: his daughter Joy Leiben; his great grandchild Cora; his parents, Anthony J. Kapsiak and Elizabeth Kapsiak; and his siblings, Theresa and Michael Kapsiak (Ruth).
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Kapsiak (Teresa), Nancy Gemmati (Steven), Anthony Kapsiak (Nancy), Merrily Kapsiak (Gabe) and Baby Tony; his grandchildren, Gregory II, Andrew, Gina Whelan (Jacob), Jessica, Alyssa and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Myah, Zachary and Thomas.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony's name may be made to the American Lung Association.
