She was predeceased by: her parents, Betty Withey and George Withey; and her brother Scott Withey. She is survived by: her children, Amber and Ashley Cook; her siblings, Bridget Lorrow, Marty Lorrow, David Withey (Beverly), Tammy Montanez (Doug) and Joey Withey; and her nieces and nephews, Michelle Jobson, Tracey Jobson, Betty Montanez, Selena Montanez and Kaylee Montanez. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
