It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard W. Sleeper of Kirkwood, New York, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Sleeper and Emily Sleeper; and his siblings-in-law, Michael Williamson, George, Irma Rice and Gary Rice.

He is survived by: his wife Linda Sleeper (Rice); his children, Amy TerBoss (Michael) and Rick Sleeper (Sue Ellen); his grandchildren, Matt, Jake TerBoss, Josh TerBoss (Vanessa) and Madison Smith (Jordan); his great grandchild Eli Smith; and his siblings, Judy Williamson, Ed Sleeper (Dee) and Roy Sleeper (Linda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and countless loyal friends.
