He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Cooley. He is survived by: his mother Jean Meyer; his sister Kim Polhamus; and his brother-in-law Harry Polhamus. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or to Windsor United Methodist Church.
