He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Hayes; his siblings, Richard, Ralph, Harry, Betty and Judy; and his parents, Leon Hayes and Edna Hayes (Smith).
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth, Jr. (Carla Hayes), Kevin (Kelly Hayes) and Christopher (Nichole Hayes); his grandchildren, Tanner, Levi, Riley and Reid; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Bea Hayes; his sisters, Ruth Miller, Sue (Kevin Taylor) and Linda (Bruce Winter); and his sisters-in-law, MaryAnn Hayes, Joanne Hayes and Barbara Hayes. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
