He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton H. Wilbur and Virginia Wilbur (Towle). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Mahoney; his half-sister Patricia Lydon (Michael Derarakelian); his niece Caroline Lydon; his nephew Eamonn Lydon of Delmar, NY; his friend Sally; and his caregiver Jim.

Memorial contributions in Gary's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023 or may be made to a charity of one's choice.
