He is survived by: his wife Joanne Moat (Blaisure); his children, Michele Marcello (Gerald) and Richard Moat Sr.; his grandson Richard Moat Jr.; his great grandchild Bradley Moat; his stepdaughters, Jodie Blaisure and Julie Marrano (Chad); his granddaughters, Isabella and Gianna Marrano; and his brothers, Jerry Moat and Art Moat. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
