He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gorick and Marcia Gorick; and his son Edward Gorick. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Paula Whitney (Gordon), Christopher Gorick (Sharon), David E. Gorick, Jr. (Shelley), Mary Gorick (Kristi) and Richard Gorick (Terri); his sister Margaret Meyers (Jerry); his uncle Mike; and his cousins, Tiger, Sally, Diane and Patty. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
