He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Benedict; his friend Ruth Cooper; his stepchildren, Barbara Goodfellow and Larry Carpenter; his grandchildren, Stephanie McKenna (Brian), Cole Benedict (Latifa), Kira Benedict, Norman Goodfellow, Samantha Goodfellow, Jacqueline Goodfellow and Danielle Goodfellow; his great grandchild Sajid Benedict; his son-in-law Ken O'Donaghy; and his brother Lynn Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
