He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Norm and Sue; his parents, Sylvester Visser and Margaret Visser (Lowe); his wife Elsie Price Sill; his daughter Shelley; his grandchildren, Steven (Aleigha), Christine (Trevor), Stephanie (Mike) and Brian (Jessica); his son-in-law Ken (Sue); and his sisters, Linda Grant (Paul) and Bonnie Skeleton (Butch). He was also cherished by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Richard's name to Food Bank of CNY or CNY SPCA.
