He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Bell and Virginia Bell; his siblings, Sharon, Wayne and Larry Bell; and his son Jason Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Debra; his son Kevin (Jennifer); and his siblings, John of Syracuse, Curt of Syracuse, Gail of Florida, Joe (Tammy) of Bridgeport and Jimmy of Syracuse. He is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
