It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia L. Perdue of Kirkville, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on December 11, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex T. Deer and Mary Jane Deer (Bowers). She is survived by: her spouse Perdue; her children, Cynthia L. Troutman of Kirkville and Clinton L. Perdue; and her siblings, Rodney Crane, Alex, John, Andy, Tom Deer, Alice Thompson, Lucille Thain, Ophelia Mitchell and Patty Sauer. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
