He is survived by: his wife Janet (Taffner); his daughters, Kelly Sherwood (David) and Elizabeth Shepard (Jared); his grandchildren, Taylor Wist (Jon), Logan, Kaitlyn Sherwood and Henry Shepard; and his aunts and uncles, Don Collins, Betty Centner, Paul Collins and Pauline Sutor.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to Crossroads Community Church.
