He is survived by: his sisters, Catherine Kee of Eads and Joyce Poole of Oakland, Tennessee; his sister-in-law Margaret Boswell of Memphis, Tennessee; and his sons, Martin (Kathleen) of Kirkville, Carl Scott (Diane) of Canastota, Mark (Eva) of Kirkville, James (Erma) of Chittenango and John (Kelly) of Canastota. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
