He is survived by: his parents, William Taylor and Endia Spencer Harding; his wife Teresa Spencer; his siblings, McShell Clarke (Carlton) of Naples, FL, Endia DeGroat (Fred) of Kingston, NY, Mia Spencer (Frederick) of Langford, LaShawn Spencer (Michael), Marcia Ector of Kingston, NY, Nikka Yeno, Ellen Taylor, Yon Spencer (Lisa), Frankie Parker, Arthur Taylor, Lakera Taylor, Maia Taylor and Chauncey Girard; his stepsisters, Tiffany Vandyke and Lisa Jackson; his children, Jon Spencer (Marianna), Nathaniel Blake Spencer, Davon Spencer (Shaunte), William N. Spencer, Jr. (Andrea), Niesh Brown, Adea Spencer and Whitney Spencer; his uncle Norman James (Amy); his aunt Sharon Mayo-Davis (Lois); and his cousins, Euris Spencer and Blaine Gibbs. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, cousins and many special friends.
