He is survived by: his daughter Beatrice Capen-Guldy (David Spiro); the mother of his child Beth Capen; his brother Thomas Guldy (Deborah Sinsabaugh); his grandchildren, Foxx Moses Spiro, Harper Rue Spiro and McCartney Sunflower Spiro; and his brothers, Robert "Flower" Guldy and Kevin Guldy.
