He was predeceased by: his parent Francis "Butch" Hart; his grandparents, Vernon and Evelyn Halwick; his godparents, Henry and Florence Wager; and his grandparents, John and Anna Stephens.
He is survived by: his mother Marlene Hass (Halwick) of Saugerties; his stepfather George Hass of Saugerties; and his siblings, Lori Henry (Dana) of Kingston, Michelle Mecabe (Gary) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Melinda Fabiano (Perry) of Kingston, Jim Hart (Amy) of Saugerties, Joe Hart (Angela) of Chicago, IL, Barbara Hass (Sue) of Glenford, NY, Anne Hass of Bloomington, NY and Barbara Schildhorn of Kingston. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
