He is survived by: his siblings, Oscar Ahrens, Jr. (Nancy) of Sawkill and Paulette Yarter (Roger) of Carthage; his brother-in-law Douglas Eighmey; his aunt Betty Wood; his nieces and nephews, Michael Ahrens (Oleda Barreto), Bonnie Dingman (Mark), Alan Eighmey, Katherine D'Aragona (Nicholas), Michael Yarter (Tricia), John Yarter (Ruth), Kimberly Stone (Christopher) and Robert Yarter (Lena); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Samantha D'Aragona, Benjamin Dingman, Mary Yarter, Bryson Ray, Bryan Stone (Jennifer), Savannah Harrington (Parker), Ryan Yarter, Joselyn Yarter and Kyle Yarter.
