He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas F. Pape and Shirley Pape (Eckert); and his brothers-in-law, John M. "Boomer" Watzka and Bodwid Literski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Pape (Watzka); his brother Randy Pape (Sueanne); his aunts, Rosemarie Becker and Marjorie Pearl Edwards; his siblings, Ricky Pape and Lisa Pape; and his cousin Joyce. He is also survived by Cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Tom served as President of the Ulster Performing Arts Foundation and as a Deacon at the Old Dutch Church where he was also a member of the Consistory.
