He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Saulpaugh and Jessie Saulpaugh; and his sister Deborah Embree. He is survived by: his wife Carol Mackey Saulpaugh; his pets, Benny and Lucy; his brother Paul Saulpaugh; his niece Megan Caprotti; and his siblings-in-law, Clayton Mackey, Donna Mackey and Pat Vaselewski.
A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at the Henry J. Bruck Funeral Home (261 Broadway, Kingston, NY 12401).
