He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Smith (Bell); his children, Charles Smith (Lisa), Shawn Smith and Cindy Smith; and his siblings, Gloria Ostrander, John Smith, Robin Lyons, Bonnie Godfrey, Kathy Longhi and Brenda Crane. He is also survived by Thirteen grandchildren many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
