He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Withall and Erminia Brancati. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Withall; his children, Jennifer Withall of Poughkeepsie and Stephen Withall (Camille) of Miramar Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Gabriel and Olivia; his siblings, Robert Withall (Ellen) of Ulster Park, Barbara Singler (Charles) of Canfield, OH and Christine Dippel (John) of Kingston; his mother-in-law Martha Laford of Kingston; and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Witkowski (Joseph) of Kingston and Larry Laford (Cheryl) of Danielson, CT. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to CurePSP (http://www.psp.org) in Stephan's name.
