He is survived by: his wife Mary; his pet Jake; his daughters, Debra Fassbender (John), Beverly Berardi (Michael), Susan Berardi (William) and Cynthia Ham (Michael); his grandchildren, Dante Berardi (Amanda), Dana Mc Namara (Kevin), Philip Berardi (Kristina), Marya Berardi, Michelle Ham and Ryan Ham (Katie); his great grandchildren, Mariella, Clark Mc Namara, Siena, Julie Berardi, Claire, Nora Berardi and Jett Ham; his sisters, Charlotte While, Ruth Dahl and Elizabeth Tedrow; and his brother-in-law Kenneth Sickler (Elaine). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
