Witkowski of Kingston; her daughter Jocelyn Witkowski of Kingston; and her siblings, Barbara Withall of Kingston and Larry Laford (Cheryl) of Connecticut.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association or Hudson Valley Hospice in Nancy's name.
