She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Hamilton Polacco. She is survived by: her father James M. Polacco (Jimmy) of Kingston; and her siblings, Katelyn Polacco of Kingston and Rocco. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
